Last year, I did a post about the 10 mantras I thought everyone needed for 2018…so I decided to keep the tradition going and do another set today. After all the stuff I — and I think everyone — went through last year, I’m set on making 2019 the best year yet by prioritizing my mental health, self-care, and anything else that allows me to thrive and live my best life.
My favorite way to utilize these mantras is to write them somewhere where you’ll see them on a daily basis, i.e. your phone wallpaper, your desk, a journal, etc.
Without further ado, here we go:
I mean, if you survived 2018, you’re basically unstoppable at this point!
It’s okay to be scared, but don’t let it stop you from living well.
Today’s page 1 out of the 365 days we get this year so don’t let a second go to waste!
It’s possible to feel whole and fulfilled while also pursuing something greater than your current self.
